Lucy's little brother ReRun has always wanted a dog, but his mother does not want to have a dog in the house. The more ReRun plays with Snoopy, the more he wants a dog. Hoping that his mother might accept A dog once he finds one, ReRun talks Snoopy into writing his brother Spike, who live alone in the desert, to come and visit. Spike agrees to Come and visit and that's when the fun begins.
